Sarah Lussier Hoskyn

Sarah joined our team in 2021 after impressing us with her feats of strength and keen interest in movement. She has been an avid follower of Katy Bowman’s natural movement approach for years and has always enjoyed exploring different sports and forms of exercise, like basketball, volleyball, swimming, biking, rock climbing, and martial arts.

Sarah’s desire to learn and easy communication style help make her an excellent coach and she loves getting to know clients at a personal level. She developed a keen interest in women’s health especially in midlife and the menopause transition, and pursued more training in this area. She is also fascinated by the impacts of stress and trauma on the neuromuscular system and is currently studying to become a certified TRE (tension and trauma release) provider.
