
Sarah joined our team in 2021 after impressing us with her feats of strength and keen interest in movement. She has been an avid follower of Katy Bowman’s natural movement approach for years and has always enjoyed exploring different sports and forms of exercise, like basketball, volleyball, swimming, biking, running (she hates that), rock climbing, and recently martial arts (she loves that).
The invitation to become a personal trainer at Custom Strength came as a pleasant surprise and she found that she could not pass up on that opportunity, especially if it meant getting to work out for free as often as she liked! Sarah’s desire to learn and easy communication style help make her an excellent coach and she loves getting to know clients at a personal level. When not coaching with us, Sarah is a menopause health mediator and strategist and a musician.
